Mr. Cristian Pană is an experienced European Patent Attorney and has specialized in the prosecution and litigation of telecommunications and computer-implemented inventions since 2018. With a keen eye for macroeconomic and technological trends, Mr. Pană is well-versed in the fields of consumer electronics, telecommunications, operating systems, distributed computing, and artificial intelligence. This experience was gained both in law firms and as in-house counsel at a DAX company.

During his studies at Jacobs University Bremen, Mr. Pană acquired profound knowledge in the fields of signal and data processing and wireless communication. Mr. Pană worked as a research assistant at Jacobs University in the field of mobility and autonomous driving, focusing on non-GPS-based radio technologies for range estimation and multi-target localization algorithms based on compressed sensing techniques.
