Career & Expertise

Ms. Michala is a legal expert at PAUSTIAN & PARTNER and is responsible for all matters relating to the new Unified Patent Court (UPC). She is also a registered representative before the UPC.

Ms. Michala studied law at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece, and has been an attorney at the Athens Bar Association since 2009. She holds a master’s degree from the University of Hamburg and a doctorate from the University of Vienna. She has extensive experience in academic research and teaching.

Ms. Michala has worked in various universities, law firms and NGOs and is familiar with the legal systems in Greece, Germany, Austria and the EU.
